How to make Chinese boneless chicken

 Boneless chilli chicken




Chilli chicken is the most  relished dish that goes well with  fried rice and noodles.
Recently made this and  the dish was well appreciated  by all the  guests  at dinner.Thought of sharing the recipe in my blog.

To make you need  ingredients that are easily available in stores.

Ingredients
Boneless chicken - 500 gms

Onions chopped into squares  2(medium size )

Garlic ginger paste  2 tspJ

Green capsicum   1

Green chilles slit into halves

Corn flour  4-5 tsp

Soya sauce  1/4 cup

Chilli sauce 4 tsp

Vinegar -2  -3 tsp

Green onions


Salt to taste

Cooking oil

Method

Keep the boneless chicken pieces in a bowl and add the ginger garlic paste, cornflour ,salt , and mix well adding little water. Remember not to make it watery. Let rest for a about 10 minutes.

In a  deep frying pan heat oil and fry the boneless chicken until  golden brown and soft.  Keep the fried pieces aside. You can lessen the oil in the pan, since you need too much of oil for further cooking.

In the heated oil add the onions,and capsicum and stir fry for a minute. Now add the  chicken and stir fry for a while . Add salt and all the sauces  and vinegar one by one and keep stiring.   Needs cooking only for 5 minutes. Do not over cook.Add the green chillies and the green onion leaves.It gives a distinct flavour to the dish.Also can be garnished with the onion leaves.

Serve the dish hot with fried rice  or noodles.
