Gobi Manchurian is made using cauliflower florets. Gobi Manchurian is usually accompanied by fried veg rice or can be had as a starter. It is a very tangy dish and I usually make it with rice.

Now , in a bowl add the florets and sprinkle the corn flour and salt . Add the ginger garlic paste and mix well.
In a wok, heat oil to fry the florets till golden brown. Keep them aside.
You can reduce the quantity of oil for making the Manchurian, only a tablespoon of oil will do. Heat again the oil. Saute the onions that are evenly and well chopped in squares Add the sliced capsicum and saute for a minute. Add salt, tomato puree and saute for another two minutes. Add vinegar and the chilli sauce and the soya sauce and mix and saute well. Add the fried cauliflower florets and mix well.
