Cauliflower #potato
This is one of the commonest dish made in households. Easy to make and goes well with rice or paratha or Roti.
All you'll need is a cauliflower , two potatoes some onions, ginger garlic paste and spices.

Ingredients
Cauliflower florets 1 cup
Potato 1 cut into small pieces
Onions 2 (medium) finely chopped
Ginger garlic paste 1 tsp
Tomato 1 finely chopped
Turmeric 1/2 tsp
Salt to taste
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Green chillies 2 finely chopped
Corainder powder 1/2 tsp
Cumin seeds 1/4 tsp
Oil for cooking 2 tsp
Method
Wash thoroughly the cauliflower and let dry. In a pan stir fry the cauliflower and keep aside.
In a wok, heat the oil and add the cumin seeds. Add the onions and saute till brown , add the garlic and ginger and saute for a minute. Now you can add the tomatoes and saute until soft. Add a little water. Now add the salt, turmeric powder ,corainder powder and green chillies and mix well. Keep adding 1-2 tsp of water for the masalas to mix well.
Now add the cauliflower and potatoes and mix well. Add a little water and cover it and cook till soft and tender. Keep stirring to avoid from sticking. It will take 20 minutes till it gets cooked well.

*This dish can be baked too. For that you can just add all the ingredients in a baking bowl and bake for about 40 minutes.
Serve hot with bread, Roti or Paratha.
