Paneer chilli

 A very quick and simple  paneer dish, especially  when you are not in a mood to  have a buttered, creamy,  paneer, but   You     crave for paneer.


All  you need is few cubes of  fresh paneer(cottage  cheese)  some finelychopped  onions and chillies, some seasonings and a bit of olive.


How to make it

Heat oil in a pan and  stir fry the onions, tomatoes and some tomato  sauce. Add in the slit chillies and stir fry. Add salt, red chilli powder, black  pepper  and stir fry for a minute. Add the paneer  cubes and saute  for about two minutes. Garnish  with coriander.  Ready to serve  with bread or chapati.


You can make a variation by adding some grated cheese  or cream  on top.
