MINT AND DAL PARATHA
A Dal Partha can be made using left over Dal, you can use moong Dal or tuar Dal. These days are easily available in the stores. You can boil fresh Dal if you do not have left over Dal. Here I am using the Dal I made the previous night. The benefit of using left over Dal is that, firstly it doesn't go waste. Secondly it has all spices in it as the Dal is seasoned.
