CREAMY COCONUT KULFI


TENDER  COCONUT  KULFI 

Kulfi  is a desert  similar  to ice cream, it is more  creamier  and has a subtle  taste.

Ingredients


Milk - 1 litre
Khoya - 200 grams
Tender  coconut - of one  big  coconut
Coconut  ( fresh grated) 1/2 cup
Sugar -  250 grams

Method

Boil the milk  and reduce  it to half. Add the khoya,  and keep stirring,till a creamy  and thick density  is reached. Take the cream of the fresh  coconut  and  blend  in a mixer .Add this to the  thickened  milk. Add the grated  coconut  and stir well. Add sugar  and mix  stir  again  .Turn off  the  flames and let cool. Take  some kulfi  moulds pour  the mixture  and refrigerate  for  4-5 hours  till firm .
