Sweet and Sour lemony sauce

A very interesting  sauce  sweet,  tangy  and sour. Although  it takes a bit too long  to process  this, nevertheless ,it  is the yummiest  sauce I ever had.It goes great  with Indian food  and try out with  breads. Great  it is going to be!
All you need are some ripe, yellow and juicy  lemons.

Ingredients 

Lemons - 1 kg
Sugar .      250gms
Salt .          50 gms
Red chilli  powder   - 100gms
Vinegar.   2 tsp


Method

Cut the lemons into small  pieces,remove all the seeds.  Mix salt and red chilli  powder.put them in a jar and keep it everyday  in the sun for ten days. Shake the jar now and then for an even softness of lemons. 
Once the lemon  pieces are soft, add sugar grind them in in a mixer The juices of lemon mixture  should  get well blended  with sugar. A Sauce  like consistency  is formed. Add in the vinegar  and store in sterilised jars. It can be stored  for a long  time.
