Baked Broccoli

Broccoli  is a great  source  of vitamin K And C. It also provides potassium, fibres and a great  antioxidant.
 Here is a simple  baked  Broccoli   dish.
Ingredients
Milk - 1/2 cup
Fresh  cream  - 1/2 cup
Broccoli   - florets  2 cups
Salt - 3/4 teaspoon
Pepper to taste
Basil  leaves - 4-5
Cheese  for the topping
Olive  oil - 1 tablespoon(optional)
Method
Cook lighty and drain the Broccoli  florets.
Blend  milk, cream, salt, pepper, Olive  oil  in a blender to form a smooth  creamy  mixture. Place the florets in a pan and pour the blended  mixture. Stir it, top it with cheese  and bake for  20  minutes. Ready to be served. It's creamy  and yummy. Enjoy  with breads/Indian Parathas.
