Cheesy methi,matar Parantha

This is a very tasty  and crunchy  breakfast dish.
Ingredients
Wheat flour-200gms
Methi  leaves - 100gms
Cheese  for the filling
Matar or peas parboiled -50gms
Salt, gram masala, coriander powder  and red chilli powder.
Finely  chopped green chillies.
Method
Knead the flour  and keep aside.
In a pan add one teaspoon of oil. Saute chopped methi  and mashed mater  for one minute. add  all the masala and let cool.
Make ballsof the kneaded flour,  to make parantha. Roll each  ball lightly ..do not roll very thin. Stuff  the meth mater and a little  grated cheese.  Seal it with hands. Roll again with a rolling pin. Take care  that stuffing  does not come out. now the parantha  is ready to be made. Heat a pan  and place it on it.. Turning it now and then and smearing  it with oil till golden brown.
Top with butter.. Delicious  cheesey mater methi  parantha  is ready. Have it hot with tea or coffee.
