How to make capsicum stuffed with potatoes

This dish is a combination  of capsicum  and potatoes. It gives a very distinct  flavour  and can be had with bread or chapatti  or can be rolled in a tortilla.

Ingredients
Capsicum  - 4
Boiled  potatoes  - 4 medium  size
Oil  for cooking
Salt to taste
Gram masala -1 teaspoon
Amchur  -a teaspoon
Corn  flour  for binding.
Method
Cut the capsicum into two halves horizontally.
Mash the potatoes  well, add salt, gram masala , amchur power and red chilli powder. Mix well.stuff the mashed potatoes  in the capsicums  one by one.
Press the potato mixture so that it does not come out while frying. Sprinkle  some corn flour  on the sides of the stuffing. Take a pan and fry  them on a slow heat. Keep turning till they are golden brown. Ready to serve,the capsico.
