Breakfast delights - poha

Graceful poha

For making  this dish  you need some pressed  rice or poha. Wash it thoroughly draining off all the water. In a pan heat some oil. Add curry  leaves and mustard seeds a spoonful to the oil .add some peanuts. Fry onions. Add salt and turmeric  according to your taste. Add the washed poha  to the pan stir it well. Garnish well with lot of green chillies  and finely chopped  onions.Add extra flavour  by adding some grated coconut  and some lemon  juice. The breakfast  to ready to be served.
