Tangy Chilli flaked potato wedges

Potato wedges

Ingredients
Potatoes  - 6 to 8
Olive  oil  - 2tsp
Garlic cloves  -2
Red chilli  flakes - 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Mixed  herbs

Method
Clean and slice  the potatoes  into wedges.
Mix the oil, garlic,  chilli flakes, and salt.
Toss them thoroughly. Place the potato  wedges  in a baking  tray and bake in a preheated  oven for 30 minutes.
Sprinkle the herbs and the chilli flakes to make  to more tangy.
